Give students often possibility to ask anonymous questions

The effective feedback highly depends on the number of students within the group. In the smaller groups students and teachers had better and more transparent communication. Teachers should share open anonymous surveys where all of the students could ask questions and get feedback, and also see other questions and comments. It is a great way to have open and fast communication. Virtual classes should be reduced to the lowest possible number of students so the connection of them with teachers could be more open and comfortable.
