Keeping students motivated is possible by organizing discussion clubs, Q&A classes, discussion forums, creating working groups that need to collaborate, etc. Q&A after the online lectures is a great way to get feedback. Combination of 15 min of lectures followed by 5 min of Q&A sections showed good results. Rewarding the active is a good way to spark discussion.
